What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and anything you tell us about your project. We also note which page you sent it from and when. That’s it — we don’t require anything else to give you a written quote.

Like every website, ours receives some technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. Our hosting provider keeps that in short-lived server logs to serve the site and block abuse. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions from one address. We don’t use it to identify you.

Advertising measurement and cookies

We run Google Ads to reach people looking for floor coatings. Google’s conversion tag sets a cookie so Google can tell us whether an ad click led to a quote request. It reports totals to us, not names. You can turn this off by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser, or through Google’s Ads Settings. The site works the same without it.

We also use Google Search Console to see which searches bring people here. It shows us totals, never individual visitors, and sets no cookies. Beyond the Google Ads cookie, we don’t set tracking cookies of our own. If that changes, this page will say so.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for how a website should respond to it, so our site doesn’t change its behavior when it receives one. The cookie controls above work regardless.

How we use what you submit

We use what you submit for exactly one purpose: to contact you about the quote you requested and to schedule and complete work if you decide to hire us. If you become a customer, we keep your project record so we can honor warranty coverage and help you later.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. Each may only process your information to provide its service to us, and may not use it for anything else.

• Vercel hosts the website and runs the small program that receives your form.
• Google delivers your request to our inbox and stores a copy in a private spreadsheet only our team can open. Google also serves the fonts on this site and measures our ads, as described above.
• Powrful Media, the agency that built and maintains this site, can see form submissions so it can keep the delivery working.

What we will never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your phone number stays with us and the people who install your floor.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, arrival times, and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or your warranty.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our records for as long as we need them to follow up on your project and honor your warranty. Ask us and we’ll delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, stop contacting you, or delete it, and we’ll do it. We won’t treat you any differently for asking. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
