What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and anything you tell us about your project. That’s it — we don’t require anything else to give you a written quote.

Our website also uses standard analytics to understand which pages people visit. That information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use what you submit for exactly one purpose: to contact you about the quote you requested and to schedule and complete work if you decide to hire us. If you become a customer, we keep your project record so we can honor warranty coverage and help you later.

What we will never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your phone number stays with us and the people who install your floor.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business — for example, the form service that delivers your request to our inbox. They may only process your information to provide that service to us, and may not use it for anything else.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, arrival times, and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or your warranty.

Your choices

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
