Grind
We mechanically diamond-grind the slab to open the concrete's pores — no acid etching shortcuts. Prep is where floors are won or lost.

Repair
Cracks, pits, and spalls get filled and profiled flush. The coating goes over sound concrete, not over problems.

Base coat
Polyurea base coat, tinted to your blend, applied wet so it wicks into the ground surface and grabs hold.

Broadcast
Vinyl chips broadcast to full rejection — complete, even coverage, no thin spots. This is your color and your texture.

Scrape & top coat
Excess chips scraped and recovered, then a clear polyaspartic top coat seals the system: UV-resistant, chemical-resistant, done.
The pull test
The coating doesn't let go. The concrete does.
